Locations are based across the 45 territorial Police Forces within the United Kingdom. We will be adding new locations on a monthly basis.

SOS LIVE covers a wide range of emergencies, including medical issues, accidents, and safety concerns. Whether you're injured, lost, or feel threatened, you can activate an alert to get help sent to your location.

SOS LIVE devices come with an easy-to-use SOS feature that can be activated with a single press. Once triggered, your location and emergency details are sent directly to our monitoring centre, which will dial into your device within seconds. Our team will listen for a brief period, assess the situation, and begin communication with you if it's safe to do so. Meanwhile, they will contact emergency services on your behalf if appropriate.
